In the coming years, lifting, handling, and transportation remain our primary areas of focus.
We understand the difficulties that mechanics face, both in shops and when working on the road, and we see it our duty to provide them with reasonably priced problem solvers that will cut down on time, significantly lower the chance of accidents and improve ergonomics.
One way we do this is by having our Wheel Handling Range work as a cohesive unit. Our often copied but never equalled Classic Smart Cart and our new Dominator Smart Cart are able to grip tires and wheelsets with the least amount of human effort, thanks to their patented tilting system.
The Smart Carts’ height while on its back is the same as our Wheel Assist‘s height, which reduces the effort needed to roll tires over from one to another. Strong gas springs help the technician elevate tires to chest height by eliminating the need for electric or pneumatic lines. Our Smart Discs make storing tire stacks more ergonomic and need less storage space.

Our Smart Disc keeps wheelsets mobile in your showroom or workshop. Stack, roll and grab them with (or without) your Dominator or Classic Smart Cart. About to install the wheels you just grabbed? Lay your Smart Cart on its back and it will be at the same height as our Wheel Assist ERGO+ tire lift.
Simply roll a tire from your Smart Cart to the Wheel Assist and let the powerful gas springs assist you in quickly and easily changing wheels while in a ergonomically correct position. Want to transport more than 4 wheel(set)s at once? Simply install the Smart Cart Extension Kit.

Operating as a standalone piece of workshop equipment, that doesn’t require charging or linking up to a power source, the WHEEL ASSIST ERGO+ has powerful gas springs that enable operators to quickly and easily replace wheels wheels at chest height.
About to install the wheels you just grabbed? Lay your SMART CART (Classic or Dominator) on its back and it will be of equal height as the tire lift.
